International Climate Change Photo Competition
World Student Community for Sustainable Development WSCDS and Grupo Tayrona has launched an international photo competition. The goal of the project is to illustrate the impacts, consequences of climate change around the world and also highlight projects devoted to climate protection.

All persons that want to contribute with their pictures to increase awareness about climate change.

How you can participate?
1. Select a photo
Choose a photo that reflects a cause or effect of climate change – a change in your personal environment that in your opinion is linked to climate change. Also you can send photos related with energy and development, adaptation, mitigation and human aspects of climate change. Ideally your image should be in JPG with print quality, but that’s not mandatory for publishing.
2. Write a brief description to accompany your photo, please include the following information:
Brief description (no more than 140 characters)
Name of the place where the photograph was taken, including the coordinates if possible
Name of the photographer
Date the photo was taken
Photographer’s country of origin and place of residence
3. Send via e-mail
Send your photo(s) and description(s) via e-mail to: S3colombia@wscsd.org
Deadline Date
The closing date to send your pictures is 20 February 2011
World Student Community for Sustainable Development WSCDS and Grupo Tayrona are working to increase awareness about climate change, the photos will help to produce educational campaigns. All pictures will be publish in the website http://wscsd.org/, http://www.grupotayrona.org/
