Invitation to RCE SK to Participate in Canada's Day of the Child Event, Saskatoon

Dear RCE SK members,

We have been invited to participate in an event for Canada's Day of the Child in Saskatoon on November 20th, 2009. I have pasted the invitation from Sharon Elder below that explains the event along with two attachments that include the application form for a booth for that day. If you are an RCE member and interested in participating in the event, could you please contact Sharon and cc me as well? This looks to be a good opportunity to showcase ESD for young children. Best wishes, Roger.

Original Message:

My husband and I were recently at Craik to see theSolar Garden building and read more about the project in that area.  The newly opened Children’s Discovery Museum in Saskatoon, is co-hosting "Canada’s Day of the Child on November 20 at Market Mall.  This event is all about children – learning, exploring, expanding and being entertained.

I have attached a letter with more information about this event as well as the vendor booking sheet.  This event is for non profit or volunteer groups only.  We would be honored if RCE could attend.  The environment is an issue that even very small children are aware of and that everyone of all ages, should learn more about.

If you require more information or have questions, please contact me at this email ( or 978 1636.  Thank you and we look forward to seeing you on November 20.
